How to prepare Matcha
How do I prepare the perfect cup of matcha tea, AMIKAMATCHA style?
In order to prepare matcha, please follow these simple steps:
- Put 2 bamboo scoops (Chashaku) or half of a teaspoon of AMIKAMATCHA into a tea bowl (Chawan).
- Pour in a small amount of room temperature water and whisk with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) or an electric milk frother until a dense green foam is formed.
- Pour some hot water (about 70-80 C°) into the matcha bowl and whisk again.
- Relax and enjoy the pure flavour!
