How to prepare the perfect bowl of matcha tea, Amikamatcha style?

1) Place 2 bamboo spoons (chashaku) or half a teaspoon of AMIKAMATCHA into a tea bowl (chawan).

2) Add some water and stir the contents of the bowl with a bamboo whisk or an electric milk frother until a green foam forms.

3) Fill the infusion with hot water (70 C°-80 C°) and stir again.

4) Relax and enjoy the full flavor!
